Prayer Resources

Here we will be compiling resources to help us pray together at home. This will be updated regularly, so check back often!

St James’ Prayer Diary – 22/06/20 (Updated weekly)

Many of us will be familiar with the 24/7 prayer movement, where churches commit to continuous prayer for a set period of time. At St James’, we want our prayers to be a continuous act of worship and petition to our God.

We recognise that people are facing all sorts of challenges and concerns at the moment, and we would like to cover these with prayer. Every day we will have a different focus to help guide our prayers. You can find the diary below:

Monday 22nd JuneThanksgiving for God’s goodness
Tuesday 23rd JunePeace and comfort following Saturday’s attack
Wednesday 24th JuneProvision for those who struggle financially
Thursday 25th JuneFor our next-door neighbours
Friday 26th JuneWisdom for our government

Sunday 28th JuneFor our worshipping community
LiFT Online – 23/06/20 (Updated Monthly)
