St James Church Centre is an ideal venue for special occasions, such as birthday parties or family celebrations. It is also suitable for a range of other activities – Rainbows & Guides, art classes, and a local school cafe are among those currently using our premises on a regular basis.
We have two rooms available for hire as a package (£25 per hour), plus a modern and well-equipped kitchen (available for a one-off fee of £10). We have two toilets (including one with disabled access). Chairs and foldable tables are also included with every hire.
The rooms are:
1. The Back Room (11m x 8m approx.), suitable for activities requiring a good floor space. This was refurbished with a new ceiling, flooring, and lighting in 2021.
2. The Lounge (10mx8m approx.) which leads through to the Back Room and adjoins the Kitchen.
3. The Kitchen, which was refurbished and modernised in 2022.
