APCM

This year our Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be taking place on Sunday 8th May immediately after our morning worship. This will be live-streamed for those who worship with us online – the link will be published separately closer to the time.

In order to attend the APCM you will need to be on our Electoral Roll, which is a list of everyone who is eligible to vote at the meeting. If you are not currently listed in the present St. James Electoral Roll and would like to be, you will need to fill out an application form. All application and nomination forms are available below, and should be returned to the church office in advance of the meeting in person or by email – office@stjameswoodley.org.

Application for membership of the Electoral Roll

Electoral Roll applications can be completed online and emailed to Gill Johnson by Saturday 23rd April.You can join the Roll if you are:

  • Baptised
  • Aged 16 or over, or will turn 16yo any time between April 2022 – April 23.
  • Have been worshipping regularly at St James’ (at least once a month) for six months prior to applying. Online attendance via the live-stream counts towards this!

Nomination for church warden

You must be at least 21 years of age and on the Electoral Roll to stand for election as a church warden.

Nomination for PCC membership

You must be at least 16 years of age and on the Electoral Roll to stand for election as a PCC member

Nomination for standing as a Deanery Synod Representative

You must be at least 16 years of age and on the electoral roll to stand for election as a Deanery Synod Representative
